Criteria for Registration
A Prospective Player may not play unless he or she meets the following criteria:-
The Prospective Player is a resident of the UK (excluding N.Ireland)
The Prospective Player is aged over 18
The Prospective Player completes the Login details.

The Promoter is a member of the AXA Group. We may send the information you provide us in confidence for processing to other companies in the AXA Group, or to other carefully selected companies acting on our instructions, some of which may be outside the European Economic Area. The details you give may be used to provide you with marketing information regarding services and products of these companies.
 
GENERAL TERMS
These Terms and the rights and obligations of the Promoter, Prospective Players and Players set out herein shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of England and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

This Promotion is established by the Promoter in England and is intended for use only by residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland).

This Promotion has been checked with virus checking programmes and tested thoroughly. However neither the Promoter nor its employees accept any responsibility for any damage or loss caused by the use or misuse of the promotion. It is run at your own risk. The Promoter is not liable for any interruption to your IT facilities in accessing the promotion.

The copyright and all other rights in the material in this Promotion is owned by the Promoter or are included with the permission of the owner of the rights. You may download and use the site on a single CPU at a time for your own personal use. No copying or distribution for any commercial or business use is permitted without our prior written consent. Except as permitted above or by law, you may not copy, reverse engineer or in any way disassemble the programmes forming part of the Promotion.
 
OUTCOME DETERMINATION
In registering to play the Game, Players acknowledge that the Game is of chance, that the outcome is determined by the Interactive System. Playing the Game does not involve the exercise of any skill or judgement by a Player. Approximate odds of winning the 1st Prize is 500,000 to 1. The Promoter reserves the right to reduce these odds at any time without notice.
 
GAME RULES
 
1.
 There is a maximum of 10 entries per person.
2.
 There is only one copy of the Winning Combination, which will be stored in a sealed envelope by the Promoter and held by the Promoter. No selection will be deemed to be a winning entry until the Promoter has confirmed that it has successfully passed the Validation Process (as defined below). This is necessary for security reasons and to avoid technical error in the selection of the winner. Any notification or communication to you that you are or may be a potential winner is subject strictly to the Validation Process and these Terms.

 "Validation Process" within these Terms means the process by which the Promoter verifies that the entry submitted by a potential winner identically matches the Winning Combination. The Validation Process involves:

 The Promoter opening the sealed envelope which contains the Winning Combination;
3.2
 The Promoter checking that any potential winning entry identically matches (in both choice of number and sequence) the Winning Combination; and
3.3
 The successful completion by the Promoter of such further checks as it may reasonably require to verify that the potential winner has in fact selected and submitted an entry which identically matches the Winning Combination.
4.
 The Promoter may withhold and/or refuse payment of the Prize until the Validation Process is completed to its satisfaction. The potential winner must also have complied with these Terms and Conditions.
5.
 No purchase is necessary to play the game.
6.
 The Promoter reserves the right at any time and without notice to alter, amend, suspend or terminate the Promotion at its absolute discretion, including without limitation the right to suspend the Promotion while a potential winner is undergoing the Validation Process.
7.
 You acknowledge that it is impossible to prevent errors, disruptions or delays occurring in connection with the Internet and the Promoter gives no warranty that use of the website and/or communications sent in connection with the Promotion will be free from such errors, interruptions and/or delays.
8.
 The Promoter accepts no liability whatsoever in connection with the Promotion except to pay the Prize to the winner who has successfully completed the Validation Process.
9.
 The Promoter’s determination of the outcome of the Validation Process and the Promotion as a whole is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10.
 If the Promoter reasonably believes that the Promotion has been invalidly altered to affect its operation then the Promoter may cease the Promotion and/or refuse to pay any alleged winner even if that alleged winner was not responsible for the alteration.
11.
 The winner may be required to participate in post event publicity.
12.
 The name of the winner (if any) can be obtained by contacting the Promoter after the Closing Date.
13.
 The Competition is not open to employees of companies in the AXA Group, companies involved the creation of the Promotion or members of their families.
14.
 The duration of the Promotion shall be from 11/06/2003 until 06/08/2003.
15.
 The Promotion shall continue until the Closing Date even if the 1st Prize has been won. All Login details submitted shall, provided the Player uses the Mail-a-Mate option, be entered into a random prize draw for the 2nd Prize which shall be conducted after the Closing Date.
16.
 The winner will be responsible for any associated or on-road costs subsequent to receiving the prize.
17.
